What You'll Do:
  • Manage the receiving and booking-in of import freight (air and road).
  • Handle customs clearance procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organise deliveries and maintain the P.O.D. log.
  • Prepare invoices and manage accounts with precision.
  • Provide quotations, resolve customer queries, and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with overseas offices to ensure seamless coordination.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a freight environment with a basic knowledge of import procedures.
  • Strong computer skills (email, AS400, Excel, Word, and Sequoia).
  • Someone who is self-motivated, quick-thinking, and able to take ownership of their work.
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can multitask effectively.
