About the Role:
As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and safe deliveries across the Derby area. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering goods to customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Handling deliveries with care to maintain customer satisfaction.
Conducting pre- and post-delivery vehicle checks for compliance and safety.
Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
Representing JT Recruit and our client with a professional, customer-focused attitude.
What Were Looking For:
We are seeking reliable and skilled drivers who meet the following requirements:
A valid UK driving licence with C1 (7.5-tonne) entitlement.
An up-to-date Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
At least 6 months of experience driving 7.5-tonne vehicles (preferred).
A professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Good communication and time management skills.
A commitment to safety and compliance with road and vehicle regulations.
What You Need to Know:
Start Date: January 2025.
Location: Based in Derby, handling only local runs.
Employment: You will be employed by JT Recruit and assigned to work with one of our trusted clients. The clients details will be disclosed during the interview process.
Pay Rate: £14 per hour, paid weekly.
