We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join our client who is major car manufacturer on the outskirts of Derby. This role will be working alongside a team of other administrators and specialists, to support in the daily management and future projects within the centre. You will be involved at all levels with internal team members and external partners on projects

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key administrative and business support to the function, which will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Data processing
  • Scheduling of vehicles and parts ordering
  • Contact point for shopfloor - scheduling vehicles to different groups/functions.
  • Support with projects enabling further growth.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Motivated to work in a busy team environment.
  • The ability to communicate in a positive & professional manner with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to multitask and adjust based upon changing factors.
  • Ability to manage data
