Our client is an established business, supplying specialist services to the building/civils industry near Hilton. Due to increasing success, they are looking to appoint an Administrator to join their team. General duties would be as follows:
- Associated administrative duties of setting up new projects
- Processing of payments and invoicing associated with various projects
- Ordering of office supplies, raising purchase orders, etc
- Providing administrative support to management, on site workers, etc
- Document management
- Ad hoc duties as may be required
This is a very varied and interesting role and is ideally suited to someone used to a fast paced office who enjoys variey in their work. In order to carry out this role successfully, candidates should be confident with IT systems and be a great communicator.
