Anti-Social Behaviour & Nuisance Officer

A Local Authority in based in the East Midlands are currently recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour & Nuisance Officer.

This role is a full time locum position that offers a hybrid working arrangement. The role will include working out of normal working hours.

The Client is looking for individuals with at least1 years' experience of working in an enforcement position.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing cases relating to anti-social behaviour & domestic nuisance
• Investigatingall anti-social behaviour, environmental complaints and nuisances
• Using ASB Risk assessment to ensure resident impact and vulnerability is properly assessed

Knowledge:

• Anti-Social Behaviour
• Statutory Nuisance/Environmental Issues
• Serving legal notices or devising case files
• Safeguarding Procedures and their application in real life.

Please note an Enhanced DBS is a requirement for the role.
