Role:Asbestos Lead Surveyor
Shift Pattern:Flexible to needs of the role.
Salary:£34,500to £36,000 per annum DOE.

Trevett Servicesare currently searching for an Asbestos Lead Surveyorfor apermanent position starting as soon as possible based in the Derby area and servicing the nation for one of the UK's leading FM Providers.

• Working in accordance to Health & Safety guidelines.
  
• Work carried out complies with CAR 2012, HSG 264 and all Asbestos Legislation.
  
• Responsible for carrying out all types of Asbestos Sampling, Surveying and Reinspection's.
  
• Overseeing all aspects of the Survey process when onsite.
• Risk Assessing the site and liasing with clients accordingly.
  
• Documenting Surveys and inspections.
• Leading the survey and mentoring trainee surveyors.
• Ensuring allPPE is worn onsite.

• Driving License with no more than 3 points.
• BOHS P402 (or equivalent) Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos qualification.
• 1 year of experience in the field.
• Flexible to commute as per business needs.
• Flexible to shift patterns (could work a day shift then and evening shift the next day and back to a full day - minimum rest periods are adhered to)
• Flexible to travel to multiple sites in the UK and Offshore when needed (accommodation costs are covered).
• Can use Asbestos Data Collection Software (Alpha Tracker)
• Can use a Hand Held PDA.
• Pass DBS Check.
