SF Recruitment are pleased to announce a fantastic role within the Finance team, to recruit a Cash Allocation Manager. This is an exciting time for the team as they are looking to embark on a project with the implementation of a new finance system. In this impact role you will head up cash allocation strategies that play a part in ensuring the businesses finance success and growth. About the Role: As Cash allocation Manager you will play a critical role within Operational Finance, managing the day-to-day operations of the cash allocation team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency whilst providing leadership to the team. You will determine and develop reporting requirements and generate those reports, providing regular analysis in relation to team activities, unallocated cash and other relevant metrics that will assist with identifying areas of improvement along with the implementation of best practice to enhance efficiency within the team. You will play a crucial role in the roll out of the new finance system , ensuring seamless integration and optimisation for effective cash allocation. Your role will involve: -Manage and allocate tasks across the team -KPI reporting -Support with allocation queries relation income -Ensure all statements are downloaded daily from the bank and uploaded daily into the system. -Support audit requirements , providing information where requested. -Ensure all Direct Debit ,Refunds, receipts, and payments are posted and allocated. -Maintain financial controls, document processed and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the team. We are looking for an individual who.... -Proven experience in cash management, financial analysis, or a related field. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. -Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. -A passion for innovations and desire to drive positive change within the organisation -Well-organized, process-driven, confident, and results-oriented. -Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities.
