Children's Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential Home - Derby

Our rapidly growing Children's residential home is expanding and looking for a Children's Support Worker to join them ASAP.

The home is based in Derby and will require the Children's Residential Support Worker to hold a driving licence.

Experience working within a Children's residential home in essential.

This role will be paying £24,835.20 with an additional £50 per sleep in.

What does the role entail?

Your role as a Children's Residential Support Worker will overseeing the needs and progress of residents. Provide one-to-one advice or group support sessions. Teach daily living skills like budgeting, shopping and claiming benefits.

Shift patters are 1 on, 2 off - this is broken down by doing day shift 8am till 11pm and then sleeping until 7am doing hand over to next staff member at 8am. (£50 per sleep)
