THE COMPANY

A giant in the hospitality space is seeking a CRM Lead to join their establishing team. If you are keen to join a huge company, and make an impact, this role is for you!

THE ROLE

Your role as a CRM Lead will include overseeing the execution and optimisation of CRM campaigns as well as leading the management of CRM platforms to enhance campaign delivery. You'll be engaging with other teams, and supporting the launch of new features and automations.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with ESP's and CDP's (Braze is preferred)
Proficient in coding (HTML, SQL, Shopify Liquid)
Management experience
