About the Role: Severn Trent is looking for a Schedule & Delivery Technician to join our Workforce Planning & Optimisation (WPO) team. This role is essential in ensuring our field operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You’ll be the key link between field teams, customers, and external bodies, managing real-time workflows and ensuring jobs are completed first time, every time. Key Responsibilities: * Scheduling & Coordination: Assign and prioritise jobs for field technicians and repair crews. * Customer Communication: Keep customers updated on job status and next steps. * Stakeholder Liaison: Work with local councils, highway authorities, and external suppliers to ensure compliance and smooth operations. * Service Level Management: Monitor workflow, adjust priorities in real-time, and meet KPIs. * Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to enhance scheduling efficiency. What We’re Looking For: * IT Proficiency – Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling tools. * Communication Skills – Experience in customer service and managing expectations. * Problem Solver – Ability to analyse and manage complex information. * Stakeholder Management – Comfortable liaising with councils, highways, and suppliers. * Target-Driven – Experience working to service levels and performance targets.
