Macildowie are seeking a DAC Administrator for a company based in Derby. You will be managing prescription chasing and processing for your territory, through excellent customer service.

Experience within a similar healthcare / medical industry based role is desirable, but not essential.

Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience.

Please note that this role is a full-time, on-site position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the prescription chasing
  • Manage the prescription processing
  • Identifying areas for additional training you may require
  • Ensuring delivery of best-in-class customer satisfaction, service and support
  • Analysing KPI data to measure own performance and devise new strategies if needed
  • Supporting colleagues with prescription chasing or processing when necessary
  • Looks for new ways to improve our internal processes in order to drive efficiencies
  • Maintaining and ensuring high levels of ethics and integrity in our service delivery
  • Building trust and strong collaborative relationships with all departments including the field teams
  • Uphold values and desired behaviours
  • Support with the training of new joiners to the team
  • Support with any other admin duties when required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to network and negotiate with key stakeholders across the business
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Excellent understanding of IT systems / packages including CRM
  • Positive and can-do attitude; solution-focused
  • Flexible and adaptable
