An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced FP&A Group Support with a leading Manufacturing client in the DE24 area of Derby.
The role involves providing FP&A finance support to financial controller teams and partnering with finance and operation teams.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in finance, along with a general knowledge of accounting and operational principles.
The position requires strong skills in developing financial reports and metrics, as well as proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The salary for this role ranges from £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide FP&A finance support to the financial controller teams
Partner directly with the finance/operation teams
Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Skills

Bachelors degree and 1 year of experience in finance
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
Experience developing financial reports and metrics
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

Salary 35- £40k dependent on experience
