Front of House/Resident Services Associate - Derby
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Resident Services Associate for a key role in Derby. Role Overview:
As a Resident Services Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Customer Service: Providing a welcoming and efficient front-line service, including meet & greet, reception, parcel handling, and tenancy management.
- Community Engagement: Supporting resident engagement activities to foster a strong community spirit.
- Facility Management: Managing amenity spaces, overseeing unit maintenance, and handling inspections and viewings.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
