Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cover across various secondary schools in Derby, stepping in for absent teachers.
• Deliver lessons across different subjects, following lesson plans and maintaining classroom discipline.
• Support students in their learning, ensuring a productive and engaging classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective teaching.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
• Experience working with secondary school students.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and environments.
• A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
