SF Recruitment are currently supporting their long standing client with the search for a temporary Cash Allocation Team Leader. In this impactful role you will head up cash allocation strategies that play a part in ensuring the businesses finance success and growth. Temp: 2 - 3 months Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 DEO Flex: Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH. About the Role: You will play a critical role, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cash allocation team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency whilst providing leadership to the team. You will: - Determine and develop reporting requirements and generate those reports - Provide regular analysis in relation to team activities, unallocated cash and other relevant metrics - Manage and allocate tasks across the team - Complete KPI reporting - Support with allocation queries relation income - Ensure all statements are downloaded daily from the bank and uploaded daily into the system. - Support audit requirements , providing information where requested. - Ensure all Direct Debit ,Refunds, receipts, and payments are posted and allocated. - Maintain financial controls and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the team. - Assist with identifying areas of improvement along with the implementation of best practice to enhance efficiency within the team. We are looking for an individual who has: - Proven experience in cash management, financial analysis, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. - Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset. - People management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. - A passion for innovations and desire to drive positive change within the organisation - Well-organized, process-driven, confident, and results-oriented. - Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities.
