Main responsibilities:
* Traveling to work or clients' locations.
* Setting up and calibrating NDT equipment.
* Carry out Non-Destructive Tests on welds, structures and materials using non-destructive techniques in accordance with relevant standards and procedures.
* Interpret and evaluate test results in line with given acceptance standards.
* Produce clear and concise test reports.
* Always display a high level of integrity and professionalism.
* Maintaining NDT equipment.
* Assist the NDT Lead with basic administrative duties when required.
Requirements:
* Full driving license
* Previous NDT experience (+3 years minimum)
* PCN (Level II) Qualifications in the following - MPI, DPI
* PCN LII VT is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work alone and as part of a team
* Willing to travel and work away from home when required
* Competent in the full suite of Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, outlook etc)
* Good interpersonal communication skills
* Willingness to gain other NDT qualifications if required by the company
