This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team providing care and support to children with learning disabilities, ensuring they have the best possible start in life.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 12, including a Deputy Manager.
Oversee all aspects of the home, ensuring high standards of care and support.
Play a key role in securing and maintaining successful OFSTED registration for the home.
Collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.

Requirements:
