- Lead and manage a team of 12, including a Deputy Manager.
- Oversee all aspects of the home, ensuring high standards of care and support.
- Play a key role in securing and maintaining successful OFSTED registration for the home.
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.
- Salary of £50,000 per year plus performance-related bonuses.
- Monday to Friday working hours, with the flexibility to work from home after 6 months.
