Our client is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth client engagement and efficient sales operations. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting their needs and maintaining exceptional service standards.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Prior experience of working in a similar role
- Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive tasks
- Understanding of the engineering/manufacturing process and working environment
- Ability to work under own initiative, but mature enough to be able to seek help when necessary
- Ability to forge strong working relations with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Enthusiasm for Sales and the drive for progression
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- First point of contact for all relevant customers
- Build and maintain alliances and partnerships with a number of internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, employees, engineers, customers and suppliers
- Oversee day to day customer requests
- Identify and manage appropriate new opportunities from existing workstreams and customers
- Ensure all sales opportunities meet the required levels of margins and risk tolerance
- Inform the production team of sales volumes and expectations in order to ensure client demand and timings are balanced with internal constraints
- Registration, management and monitoring tender and sales portals for opportunities relevant to Tecforce and market intelligence.
- Interaction with customers on a regular basis in respect of answering queries, pro-active contact check in and facilitating Tecforce dialogue where required
- Handle, investigate and appropriately resolve all customer complaints and queries - liaise with other departments where necessary
- Assist and support with all marketing initiatives including liaison with marketing support and attendance and support with trade events and conferences.

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
