Role Overview:
- Position: IT Technician (Site-Based)
- Location: Derby
- Clearance Required: SC Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Hardware team to provide break-fix solutions and hardware diagnostics.
- Perform laptop and desktop builds.
- Participate in the Tech Bar on a rota basis.
- Handle software BAU tasks, working on 2nd line tickets and remote desktop support.
