• Working alongside Senior Accountants and Managers, supporting the delivery of top-tier client services
• Preparing year-end financial statements and management accounts, helping clients make informed business decisions
• Calculating corporation tax and personal tax liabilities, offering strategic tax planning ideas
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering an outstanding client experience
• Training and advising clients on Xero and other accounting software
• Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Mentoring and supporting accounts trainees, helping them develop their skills and knowledge

• ACCA, ACA, equivalent studying or part-qualified
• Recent experience working in UK practice
• Good working knowledge of software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
• An enthusiastic team player who can also work autonomously
• A can-do attitude to problem-solving
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
