Head of Art and AnimationAbout the RoleWe're looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Art to lead the Art Direction and Production of the iGaming titles. You’ll oversee the visual identity of the games, guiding a talented team of Artists and Animators to deliver high-quality, captivating game art that aligns with both creative and production goals. Working closely with the Head of Studio and Game Designers, you’ll bring the games to life, ensuring each title meets the quality standards, budget, and delivery timelines.Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Artists and Animators to create visually stunning games.
  • Define and uphold art style, storytelling, and overall visual quality.
  • Provide technical support to ensure artists follow established art workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Studio and Game Designers to align art with gameplay and creative vision.
  • Estimate project art requirements, track progress, and ensure adherence to agreed schedules and budgets.
  • Manage team recruitment, performance reviews, timekeeping, and disciplinary processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and styles to keep our games fresh and innovative.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of Artists or as a Senior Artist in the iGaming industry, with a desire to step into a leadership role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
