The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Business Studies, with the ability to teach across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students of all abilities.
• Develop and assess schemes of work for Business Studies across different Key Stages.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback on students’ work and progress.
• Support students’ personal and academic development, fostering an environment of respect and motivation.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and drive academic achievement.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 (A-level is desirable).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A passion for Business Studies and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
