The school provides a nurturing and structured environment for students aged 11-16 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autism, social-emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide individual support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Assist in delivering engaging lessons and structured activities.
* Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and encourage student progress, encouraging independence and resilience.
What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting children with SEN, autism, or SEMH needs.
* A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach.
* Strong communication and able to both independently and as part of a team.
* Building strong rapport with both students and staff and being relatable.
