HR Administrator – Derby – £24,000 Chase & Holland are proud to be working with an established and innovative business who are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their team. You will be supporting the HR team with day-to-day activities.  This role would suit someone who is looking to make a step into their HR career and looking to work for an exciting and rewarding career. HR Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Providing day to day admin support to the HR team
  • Managing and updating HR systems, databases and spreadsheets
  • Maintaining personnel information to ensure that records are accurate and up to date.
  • Booking all training, ensuring database is updated, and relevant evidence of training recorded on Employee files. Making electronic copies of certificates and issuing evaluation forms
  • Co-ordinating the health surveillance process, in liaison with the Line Managers and Occupational Health provider
  • Supporting the HR team in the recruitment process including the organisation of interviews and assessments
  • Support the HR team in the management of leavers from the business
  • Assist with any other activities as required
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Must have administrative experience ideally within a HR function
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
