- Providing day to day admin support to the HR team
- Managing and updating HR systems, databases and spreadsheets
- Maintaining personnel information to ensure that records are accurate and up to date.
- Booking all training, ensuring database is updated, and relevant evidence of training recorded on Employee files. Making electronic copies of certificates and issuing evaluation forms
- Co-ordinating the health surveillance process, in liaison with the Line Managers and Occupational Health provider
- Supporting the HR team in the recruitment process including the organisation of interviews and assessments
- Support the HR team in the management of leavers from the business
- Assist with any other activities as required
- Must have administrative experience ideally within a HR function
- Positive can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
