Contract: 3m FTC to Perm.
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH.
Salary: £90,000 + 10% Bonus.

JGA are partnering with an exciting tech business seeking a Global People Operations Manager to oversee their international function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve key employee experiences and operational processes.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and senior stakeholders on strategy and integration projects.
- Own global HR policies, processes, and systems while ensuring local compliance.
- Lead and develop an international People Operations team.
- Drive HR tech innovations, data insights, and reporting.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and global mobility with precision.
- Proven international HR Operations expertise with deep generalist knowledge.
- Skilled in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.
- Experienced in HR transformation, M&A, and fast-paced environments.
- A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
