- First point of contact for queries, escalating complex queries
- Support with onboarding, movers, leavers, reports, contracts, training
- Complete right to work checks
- Update records, databases and tracking systems
- Post adverts, arrange interviews
- Attend meetings taking meetings
Profile
- Previously worked in a HR Administrator role
- Understanding of legislation and UK law
- CIPD desirable but not essential
- IT literate; Microsoft package including Teams and Outlook
- HRIS system knowledge
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
