They are looking for a full time HR Advisor position.

Description

  • Facilitate the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues and provide support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organise quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organise a job fair event).
  • Collaborate with the department's staff to facilitate the team's operations.

Profile

  • Experience working in a HR role
  • Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
  • Can commute to Derby.
