This is a forward-thinking and dynamic Multi-Academy Trust - dedicated to delivering outstanding education across all of their schools.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will provide expert HR support and guidance across the Trust, ensuring compliance with HR best practices and employment legislation. You will work closely with senior leaders, acting as a strategic partner in delivering HR initiatives that support both operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on all staffing issues, ensuring compliance with HR best practice and relevant legislation.

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and processes across the Trust.

  • Support and guide school leaders on complex HR matters, including employee relations, change management, and performance management.

  • Develop HR strategies that align with the Trust’s objectives and drive a positive working culture.

  • Build strong relationships with school leaders, influencing and coaching them on best HR practices.

  • Liaise with trade unions and external bodies to maintain positive and professional relationships.

Person Specification
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) with significant HR experience

  • Must have experience within the education sector

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.

The role comes with a salary of £50,000 - £54,000 DOE + Excellent Pension Scheme
