Our client is a prominent employer in the Derby area and is presently looking to recruit an additional team member into their HR Department covering Organisational Planning. This division is responsible for ensuring that robust systems, policies and procedures are in place to support ongoing career development for all staff.

If successful, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Workforce planning - setting the strategy to agree systems and organisation to deliver on company goals
  • Facilitating and coordinating succession planning
  • Facilitating and coordinating performance management
  • Facilitating and coordinating promotions at different levels of the business
  • Setting the strategy for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion linked to succession and talent management
  • Providing ongoing support to members who are working at other sites
  • Working with members from the shopfloor up to director level to coordinate projects
  • Involvement with project management

In order to secure this role, candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels. You should also have great organisational and planning ability coupled with HR experience, ideally in organisational planning. Experience of analysing data and interpreting to support decision making will also be useful as will any involvement with project management.
