Are you a strong HR generalist with ambitions to become a business partner and an interest in Reward?

Our client are an award-winning UK wide organisation who pride themselves on empowering their people and customers to always deliver their best and are looking for a generalist HR professional who thrives in relationship building and people partnering.

As a Senior HR Advisor reporting into a Senior Business Partner your role is a strong mix of operational day to day support and supporting the wider HR strategy with duties including:

  • Generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle to dedicated business area of c.300 employees from recruitment to onboarding to employee relations and any change management
  • Reward & recognition; take lead on annual pay, benefit & company bonus scheme partnering with key stakeholders
  • Lead on annual pay gap review
  • Lead on management of company benefit reviews
  • Lead on engagement survey from system admin to follow up reporting and working with wider people on recommended actions
  • Talent management
  • Coaching and upskilling managers to drive behaviour and performance

This is a full time position Monday to Friday with a site-first focus and some flexibility to work from home when required.

For this role we are looking for strong HR generalists who are analytically minded and either have experience or a desire to lead on Reward projects. You will be able to work with data competently and be a proficient user of Excel and formulas and any prior experience in reporting on areas such as gender pay gap or similar is desired.

You will be an excellent communicator who is skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be able to deliver a true partnering HR service. You will be experienced in working in high volume fast-paced and ideally multi-site organisations and someone who is a great planner and organiser.
