We are working with a fantastic food manufacturing business who currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their people team. They are seeking a dynamic and passionate strategist who is excited about shaping a thriving workplace culture and empowering people to reach their full potential.

As a vital member of the management team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate in developing and executing the People & Culture Strategy, aligning it with the needs of employees, customers, and the business.
  • Foster an engaging and inclusive environment where everyone feels connected and committed, transforming our team into genuine advocates the business.
  • Coach and mentor business leaders in change management and people leadership skills, enhancing leadership capabilities and culture.
  • Oversee employee relations to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance, protecting business reputation while meeting operational needs.
  • Enhance the onboarding and induction programs, ensuring every new employee enjoys the "best first day" and a fantastic three-month journey.
  • Lead initiatives for training, apprenticeships, and early careers, while identifying and nurturing key talent through effective succession planning.
  • Continuously improve employee communication channels, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that prioritise health and safety, ensuring a supportive workplace culture that champions employee wellbeing.
  • Embed equity, inclusion, and diversity into business practices, translating group initiatives to resonate with unique culture.
  • Utilise People Analytics to drive performance and support data-driven decisions, ensuring strategies are impactful and effective.

Is this you?

  • Experience of HR leadership
  • Experience within a food manufacturing/FMCG environment
  • High level fluency in written and verbal English
  • Graduate level capability (ideally with postgraduate HR qualifications)
  • CIPD - Level 5 essential/CIPD - Level 7 desirable
  • Passionate about people and culture with a proven track record in HR strategy and implementation.
  • A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and can influence at all levels.
  • Committed to fostering engagement, inclusivity, and wellbeing within the workplace.
  • Innovative and proactive in driving change and enhancing employee experiences.
  • Knowledgeable about employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

The Package:

  • £55,000 to £65,000
  • Car allowance of £5400
  • Up to 10% bonus
  • 6% pension
  • Healthcare with BUPA
