Rate: £200.00 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide break-fix and hardware diagnostics.
- Build and configure laptops and desktops.
- Operate the Tech Bar three times a week on a rota basis.
- Handle software BAU tasks, working on 2nd line tickets and remote desktop support.
Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance.
- Proven experience in hardware diagnostics and break-fix.
- Proficiency in building and configuring laptops and desktops.
- Experience in providing 2nd line support and remote desktop services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
