Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for hands-on work in a dynamic retail environment? We are seeking an IT Manager to lead the technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for this multi-site retail business.

This role offers a fast-paced, varied workday with responsibilities across multiple retail locations. Flexibility is key, as support will be required outside of core hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network issues at both the head office and retail locations. Resolve end-user issues with desktops and POS systems.
  • IT Systems Maintenance: Oversee routine maintenance for routers, servers, printers, and POS systems. Update and maintain software, including MS 365. Configure and set up new hardware as required.
  • Network Management: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and WAN. Install and configure new devices to ensure smooth network performance.
  • Data Management: Ensure regular backups of systems including NetSuite, C2EPoS, and PowerBI to safeguard critical business data.

About You:

  • Experience: At least 5+ years in IT Support, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of POS systems, Windows, networks, and cloud services.
  • Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience troubleshooting a variety of technical issues across hardware and software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with colleagues at all levels of technical ability.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work outside of core hours to meet business demands.
  • Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is essential due to the travel required for off-site support.
