The Opportunity

You will take overall responsibility for the Quality function and laboratory, ensuring readiness for NADCAP, ISO14001, and AS9100 audits to maintain necessary accreditations. Your role will involve actively addressing customer queries related to quality, turning them into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Leveraging your expertise, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in ensuring all QA standards are met during NPI processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality function, ensuring compliance with NADCAP, ISO14001, and AS9100 standards.

• Oversee laboratory processes, including industrial chemical testing and REACH processes.

• Address and resolve customer quality issues with a proactive and customer-centric approach.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support NPI activities.

• Maintain accreditation standards through thorough preparation and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager within the Aerospace or Automotive industry.

• Strong understanding of AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO14001 audits.

• Proficient in problem-solving techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and 8D.

• Familiarity with laboratory processes and industrial chemical testing.

• Experience with surface treatment processes and REACH compliance.

• Excellent customer-facing skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
