Management Information Administrator


Our Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Information Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management, analysis, and reporting of data, supporting business processes, and interacting with clients to provide insights and solutions. This role requires a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate skills in pivot tables and VLOOKUP, as well as capabilities in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and process creation.


Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:


Data Management and Analysis:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data to produce accurate and timely management information reports
  • Utilise Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP to manipulate and analyse data
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

Process Creation and Improvement

  • Develop and implement efficient processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Document processes and ensure they are followed consistently

Client Interaction:

  • Act as a point of contact for both external clients and internal colleagues, addressing their data-related queries and providing insights
  • Present data findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate support
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure data integrity and security
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on data processes and tools

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • A background or aptitude in mathematics and/or statistics
  • Proven experience with intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, IF statements and VLOOKUP
  • Desirable VBA knowledge
  • Experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and process creation
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualisation tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
