We are actively looking for a Mobile IT Support Technician, based in Derby working across our Northern and Midland sites, providing 1st & 2nd line support to all Trescal users.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide support all Trescal UK users with their IT and business issues and propose IT solutions/fixes where possible.
You will also be responsible for all user requests that are logged ensuring they are resolved and managed using the current Helpdesk solution.
Travel around the Midlands and Northern sites,
Essential Skills- Previous IT Helpdesk experience is essential
- Must be customer service focused
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- ·Good telephone manner and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as the role will include UK & I travel to other sites with a requirement for occasional overnight stays.
