An exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator (Part time - 20 Hours per week) to join an established manufacturing client based in Derby.
Duties:
- Booking in of new Service jobs in SAP and Geeni
- Follow up on open quotations
- Update open WIP report for invoicing purposes;
- Close out completed jobs and create delivery notes;
- Raise invoices for completed jobs;
- Create Service repair quotations;
Key SkillsSAP Experience desirable bit not essential
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
- Microsoft office suite, including Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies in data.
- Experience of working in an engineering environment would be advantageous
