To solve tech issues before our clients even know they have them. They're looking for a skilled 2nd Line IT Support to join them and bring that hands-on expertise to their team. If you love problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into happy ones, you're in the right place!What You'll Be Doing:You'll handle the trickier support issues, helping the 1st Line team with escalated cases and diving into the nitty-gritty when things get complex. Your day will involve a mix of troubleshooting, client support, and making sure our IT systems are running like a dream. Here's what you'll get up to:

  • Tackling advanced support requests, sorting out issues with hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  • Teaming up with 1st Line Support to handle escalated cases quickly and smoothly.
  • Diagnosing problems with a can-do attitude and finding efficient fixes.
  • Collaborating with the tech pros to handle the tough stuff, always keeping clients in the loop.
  • Helping with IT maintenance-think upgrades, patches, and backups.
  • Documenting the fixes and steps you take so the team has a solid knowledge base.
  • Sharing tips and tricks with the 1st Line team to help them level up.
  • Keeping clients happy with friendly, effective support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role (or similar).
  • A solid handle on Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Good with network troubleshooting-DNS, DHCP, TCP, IP, VPNs, you name it.
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies like Azure or AWS/GCP.
  • Comfortable with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • A problem-solver who doesn't miss the details.
  • Clear communicator who's all about delivering great customer service.
  • A self-starter but also a team player.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft (MCP, MCSA), or ITIL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
