IT Engineer - Derby - 30K
I am recruiting on behalf of my client based in Derby for an IT Engineer to join their ever-growing team based in Derby. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing both internal and external IT support across their base.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting a user base across the UK on a range of IT Support issues
- Providing technical support for desktop, infrastructure and networks
- Escalating issues to senior members of the support team
- Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising
- Travelling out to different sites around the UK (Driving license required)
