Role: IT Support Engineer Location: Derby Salary: Up to £30,000
My client is on the hunt for a highly motivated IT Support Technician who has a passion for IT and excellent communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities:* Manage and oversee the company's helpdesk portal.* Deliver 1st Line support for tickets submitted via the helpdesk, phone, instant messaging, or email.* Coordinate with third-party software and hardware vendors to resolve issues that cannot be addressed internally.* Track and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.* Set up user accounts, configure, and install hardware for new hires and manage the offboarding process for leavers.* Perform general administrative support tasks.* Documentation
Key skills:* M365 suite* Active Directory & Azure* VOIP Phone System* MDM Platform* Anti-Virus Management* Strong Customer Service skills* Communicate technical information (both verbal & written) to a wide rang of end-users.
