IT Support Technician needed for a permanent role in Derby. Providing IT technical support to clients across the Midlands region.

A chance to join an established IT Managed Services business with a proven track record spanning 20+ years.

Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle preferred. Start ideally November/December 2024.

Key skills, experience + tasks:

• Providing day-to-day IT support to 1st/2nd line level for a diverse range of external customers.
• Ensuring all actions are logged and managed via the IT helpdesk + visiting customer sites to complete IT service requests.
• System monitoring, error logging, fault-tracking + IT incident management to ensure maximum service availability.
• IT asset tracking, service provisioning + managing IT accounts for new starters/leavers.
• Technical Environment: Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DNS/DHCP, Group Policies, Office 365, basic Networking.
• Soft skills: problem solving, attention to detail, logical, proactive, prioritisation + strong customer service skills.
