Operations Engineer (Manufacturing)Contract Duration: 6 months outside IR35Hourly Rate: Negotiable DOELocation: Onsite full time, DERBYWe are seeking a suitable candidate to support projects involving manufactured hardware (Metals). The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding in project and manufacturing engineering to assist integrated product teams (IPTs).**Key Responsibilities:**- Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs) for multiple projects.- Interface between purchasing, design, manufacturing, and quality teams.- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.- Ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements.- Set and execute project schedules, provide status updates, and resolve non-conformances.- Mentor and support junior engineers.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or relevant technical field.- Experience in a manufacturing environment.- CAD experience is beneficial.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to make technical presentations.To avoid missing out on this opportunity, please apply with an up-to-date version of your CV
