Major Recruitment We are seeking dedicated Assemblers for our fabrication/manufacturing client in Derby. The role involves assembling Unistrut at specified dimensions using threaded rods and nuts. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision work.
Pay Rate + Hours
- 11.44 - 12.00 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 06:30 - 12:30 (Early finish)
- Overtime paid atx1.5 over 42 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble Unistrut components using threaded rods and nuts.
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
