Join our team as a Global Forwarding Agent and manage international shipping processes within a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in global forwarding, looking to leverage their expertise in a fast-paced setting.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and adapt international shipping processes to meet customer requirements and address challenges.
- Coordinate tasks effectively within the team to ensure operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international team members, third-party agents, and customers.
- Provide essential reporting and documentation support to enhance relationship management and operational transparency.
- High school degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Forwarding.
- Fluency in English with strong customer service skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
