Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the full-time Warehouse Administrators to join our team in Kegworth on a fixed-term 12 months contractfor our customer, the leader in home coffee machines, Nespresso.
You will be working on a rotating shift pattern of Any 5 from 7 Days with the hours of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Process and produce accurate documentation required for the operation
- Allocate orders in line with the picking and packing schedule
- Ensure all customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Produce internal and external reports from the systems, and update locations

What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good computer skills especially MS Excel
- Able to analyse and extract system data
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable
