Proactive Personnel is recruiting paint sprayers for a temp-perm position at East Midlands Airport.
Candidates will be responsible for prepping and spraying large commercial and private aircraft, with significant prep work involved.
Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, following safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean work area.
The role requires candidates to be comfortable with paperwork and classroom learning due to the complexity of the vehicles.
The salary ranges from £15 to £20 per hour, depending on experience, with a workload of 40 to 60 hours per week, including weekends.

Proactive Personnel is currently working with a business based at East Midlands Airport to recruit a number of paint sprayers to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

You will be responsible for the prepping & spraying of large commercial & private aircraft.

There is a huge element of prep work required in this role, so candidates must be comfortable with this as the amount of actual time spraying can be minimal.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and solvents
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Also involved in this role is a large amount of learning & development due to the nature of the vehicles you will be working on so candidates must be comfortable with paperwork & attending classroom learning

Paying between £15 - £20 dependent on experience, working between 40 - 60 hours per week depending on workload including weekend work.
