Proactive Personnel is recruiting paint sprayers for a temp-perm position at East Midlands Airport.
Candidates will be responsible for prepping and spraying large commercial and private aircraft, with a significant emphasis on prep work.
The role requires adherence to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area.
Pay ranges from £15 to £20 per hour, depending on experience, with 40 to 60 hours of work per week, including weekends.
Candidates should be comfortable with paperwork and classroom learning as part of their development.

Proactive Personnel is currently working with a business based at East Midlands Airport to recruit a number of paint sprayers to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

You will be responsible for the prepping & spraying of large commercial & private aircraft.

There is a huge element of prep work required in this role, so candidates must be comfortable with this as the amount of actual time spraying can be minimal.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and solvents
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Also involved in this role is a large amount of learning & development due to the nature of the vehicles you will be working on so candidates must be comfortable with paperwork & attending classroom learning

Paying between £15 - £20 dependent on experience, working between 40 - 60 hours per week depending on workload including weekend work.
