Your new company Established in 1999, my client is a customer-focused planning, environment, and design consultancy with extensive experience in adding value to a range of development schemes. They work with various building material, minerals & waste, commercial and residential clients amongst others.It's an exciting time currently, they are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to support the Permitting director, and develop this department going forward.Their other departments offer various planning and environmental services that work closely together to give a comprehensive service to their clients.Your new roleAs a Landscape Architect, you will be trusted to:

  • Perform Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and other authorities on a daily basis.
  • Manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Manage and mentor a team of your own.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Work with clients on a variety of schemes.

What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you will need:

  • To be a chartered Landscape Architect.
  • Have a varied portfolio of work that includes restoration schemes.
  • Have experience with public enquiries (Preferred).
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Have proficiency using AutoCAD and LSS.
