Family Solicitor

This highly ranked Legal 500 law firm are looking for a skilled Family Solicitor to join their Family team, serving a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals. This position involves managing a caseload of complex family law matters, supporting juniors, and contributing to the firm's growth through business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Handle a variety of complex family law cases, such as:
    • Pre- and post-marital agreements
    • Matrimonial finance, shareholding, and pension disputes
    • Private law children disputes
  • Business Development: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to foster client relationships and expand the firms client base.
  • Team Support: Provide technical support to junior team members and share developments in family law with the wider team.
  • Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional client care and maintain professional, timely communication throughout case management.

Traits of a successful candidate:

  • Experience: Ideally 2-4 years PQE in Family Law (applications outside this range will be considered).
  • Skills: Strong client care, communication abilities, and proficiency in IT systems (particularly Microsoft Suite).
  • Professionalism: Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage an independent caseload to a high standard.
